GNS Ltd is the parent company of LiveSquawk, a real-time financial news and market intelligence service.
The Company has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, and we are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery is not taking place anywhere in our own business or in any of our supply chains.
Our Commitment
Modern slavery is a criminal offence and a serious violation of fundamental human rights. It includes slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour and human trafficking.
GNS Ltd operates a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery. We are committed to conducting business ethically and with integrity and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery is not taking place within our business or supply chains.
Our Structure, Business and Operations
GNS Ltd is a UK-based company providing financial media, market commentary and information services through its trading division, LiveSquawk News.
Our core activities include:
- Real-time audio market commentary
- Written macroeconomic and financial analysis
- Subscription-based digital news distribution
- Media production and broadcasting
- Related technology and digital infrastructure services
Operations are primarily UK-based, with certain contributors, contractors and service providers located internationally.
Our Supply Chains
Given the nature of our business, our supply chains are predominantly professional and digital services-based. These include:
- Technology infrastructure and hosting providers
- Software and data vendors
- Freelance journalists, analysts and broadcasters
- Marketing and digital service providers
- Professional advisers (legal, accounting and compliance)
- Administrative and office service providers
We do not operate in manufacturing, agriculture, construction, or other sectors traditionally associated with elevated modern slavery risk.
Risk Assessment
We consider our overall inherent risk exposure to be relatively low due to:
- The service-based nature of our operations
- Limited reliance on low-skilled or manual labour
- Direct engagement with contractors and suppliers
However, we recognise potential risk in:
- International freelance arrangements
- Suppliers operating in higher-risk jurisdictions
- Indirect supply chain tiers beyond our immediate contractual relationships
We assess risk proportionately, taking into account geographic exposure, workforce structure and nature of services provided.
